WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration by the Court upon the Court's own motion to quash the writ of certiorari, and the cause having been submitted to the Court on the September 1995 calendar, oral argument having been heard, and the Court having considered said motion, briefs, and argument, and being sufficiently advised;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the writ of certiorari sued on April 27, 1995, was improvidently granted and hereby is QUASHED.
