ORDER

WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the Court having considered said petition and being sufficiently advised;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the petition hereby is GRANTED on both issues in the petition; and

IT IS ORDERED that this cause shall be consolidated with Supreme Court No. 22,889, State v. Anaya, and Martinez v. Caton, 903 P.2d 844.
