ORDER

This matter coming on for consideration by the Court upon petition for writ of certiorari, and the Court having considered said petition, and being sufficiently advised;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that petition for writ of certiorari is denied in Court of Appeals number 17776; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that when petitioning for certiorari from a decision by the Court of Appeals on the summary calendar, petitioner should attach copies of the calendaring notice or notices. Rule 12-502(c) NMRA 1997.
