ORDER
WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration by the Court upon the Court's own motion to withdraw the release for publication of the New Mexico Court of Appeals opinion in COA No. 20,678, Seitzinger v. Trans-Lux Corporation, 2002-NMCA-10, and the Court being sufficiently advised, Chief Justice Patricio M. Serna, Justice Joseph F. Baca, Justice Gene E. Franchini, and Justice Petra Jimenez Maes concurring, Justice Pamela B. Minzner recusing;
NOW, THEREFORE, the publishers hereby are notified to permanently remove from all publication sites, both print and electronic files, the opinion in COA No. 20,678, Seitzinger v. Trans-Lux Corporation, which was inadvertently released on January 29, 2002; and
FURTHER, the publishers hereby are advised that this opinion will not be released at a later date and should be treated as an unpublished disposition.
