Notaries Public may act Outside of County of their Residence.

OPINION

{*10} Relative to your inquiry attached hereto, we should say that any duly qualified and acting Notary Public in any County of this State is authorized to act as such Notary anywhere within the State without any further requirements unless he shall change his place of residence from the County where he was appointed.
