14-2256. Furnishing drugs or liquor to a prisoner; essential elements.

            For you to find the defendant guilty of furnishing [narcotic drugs]¹ [intoxicating liquor] to a prisoner [as charged in Count __________________]², the state must prove to your satisfaction beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements of the crime:
