13-601. Passenger - Train, plane, bus, taxi; definition.
A passenger is a person who, with the actual or implied consent of a carrier, is in the act of boarding, has boarded or is in the act of alighting from the ____________________________ (description of vehicle operated by carrier).
USE NOTE
This instruction should be used only in those cases where there is an issue as to whether a person is in fact a passenger on a common carrier.
