If you find the defendant guilty of sexual exploitation of children (possession) [as charged in Count ____]2, then you must determine if a child depicted in the visual or print medium was under the age of thirteen (13). You must complete this special form to indicate your finding. For you to make a finding of “yes,” the State must have proven it to your satisfaction beyond a reasonable doubt. Do you unanimously find beyond a reasonable doubt that a child depicted in the visual or print medium was under the age of thirteen (13)?
